Those two bear cubs look like they are from the same "litter"---and they are play fighting---like puppies do---But if mama bear is around, (she always is)...you would not want to go up and try to be friendly as if they are puppies or anything...then you would know what a real bear fight is...with a Mad Mother bear slapping at you with those extended, long talons,--heh heh-- you'd be lucky to live through it..
